Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-resolution photos and video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media.
- Edit raw photos and video footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Set up and operate lighting, audio, cameras, lenses, and production equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Brainstorm visual concepts, storyboards, and creative ideas with the marketing and creative teams.
- Capture and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product promos).
- Maintain, organize, and archive all visual assets and digital media libraries.
- Manage and care for company photography/videography equipment and inventory.
- Deliver polished visual projects within specified deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Photographer & Videographer.
- Strong proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects).
- Hands-on expertise with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, gimbals, microphones, and audio equipment.
- Solid understanding of visual composition, framing, color grading, storyboarding, and audio syncing.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and handle multiple creative projects.

Preferred Background
- Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, Filmmaking, or Digital Media is preferred.
- Prior experience in product photography, corporate video shoots, or social media content creation will be a strong advantage.
