You will work closely with the social media, video editing, design, and digital marketing teams to develop content ideas and creative strategies that help brands increase their visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content strategies for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Generate fresh and engaging ideas for Reels, static posts, carousels, campaigns, advertisements, and brand content.
- Research current social media trends, formats, memes, cultural moments, and audience behavior to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas based on client objectives and target audiences.
- Convert marketing objectives into transparent creative directions for designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Create content calendars and plan content themes, campaigns, and communication.
- Understand different brand personalities and develop content that matches each brand's tone and positioning.
- Write or guide hooks, captions, scripts, taglines, CTAs,



and campaign messaging.
- Work with the performance marketing team to develop creative concepts for paid advertisements.
- Analyze content performance and identify what is working and what needs improvement.
- Use insights from engagement, reach, views, leads, and conversions to improve future content strategies.
- Keep track of competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for clients.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and present creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure that creative output remains aligned with the brand's objectives and marketing strategy.
