We’re Hiring | Sales Executive/Sales Engineer - Solar Industry

About the Role

Ample Solar Private Limited is hiring a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to support the growth of our solar EPC business. This role focuses on driving sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects through client acquisition, solution-based selling, and close coordination with internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for solar EPC projects (Residential / Commercial / Industrial) across Gujarat and nearby markets.
- Identify, generate, and convert leads from factories, industrial units, institutions, and commercial establishments.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand energy requirements and propose customized solar solutions.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and design teams.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Coordinate with project execution, procurement,



and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline using internal systems.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing sales activities independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments.
- Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.

Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial / project-based / EPC sales.
