Marketing Head - Kicks Media LLP

Location: Mumbai / Thane
Experience: 5-10+ years
Compensation: ₹50,000-₹55,000/month for the full-time role + incentives

Kicks Media LLP is looking for an experienced Marketing Head to help us grow our client base and bring in new business.

We need someone who knows people, understands the industry and can bring business.

Someone who has spent years in the media, advertising, creative, branding or corporate space and has built strong relationships with brands, companies, agencies and decision-makers.

What you’ll be doing:
Meet potential clients and businesses across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
Use your existing contacts and professional network to generate new business.
Identify opportunities for branding, packaging, graphic design, websites, digital marketing, social media, printing and other creative requirements.
Meet marketing heads, brand managers, business owners and corporate decision-makers.
Pitch Kicks Media and convert conversations into actual projects.
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.




Work closely with our creative and design team to understand client requirements and put together the right solutions.
Take ownership of business development and contribute directly to the growth of the company.

Who are we looking for?

We would prefer someone with 5-10+ years of experience in the media, advertising, creative or marketing industry.

Experience with a creative agency, advertising agency, branding/design company, FMCG company, MNC or corporate would be a strong advantage.

Most importantly, you should have solid industry contacts and the ability to turn those relationships into genuine business opportunities.

You should be comfortable getting out of the office, meeting people, networking, following up and closing deals.
