About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting footwear based on their style and preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-end retail experience
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance

Requirements:
- Good personality with a well-groomed appearance
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Prior experience in retail / fashion / luxury sales preferred
- Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment
- Experience with a footwear brand is required

Experience:
1-4 years in retail / fashion / luxury segment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
