About Little Einsteins Preschool

Little Einsteins Preschool is an established preschool chain focused on Multiple Intelligences, STEAM-based learning, and the development of 21st-century skills. We support our franchise centres through structured systems, curriculum resources, teacher training, technology, marketing guidance, and operational support.

We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and self-motivated Franchise Sales Manager to help expand the Little Einsteins Preschool franchise network.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for preschool franchise opportunities.
- Understand the prospect’s investment capacity, location, background, and business goals.
- Explain the Little Einsteins Preschool franchise model, support system, investment requirements, and business opportunity.
- Conduct franchise presentations and guide prospects through the complete sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective franchisees until closure.
- Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the company’s leadership team.




- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up notes, and sales updates using CRM or other digital tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing, operations, administration, and support teams during the onboarding process.
- Travel for franchise meetings, presentations, office visits, exhibitions, or location evaluations whenever required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects and newly onboarded partners.
- Prior experience in franchise sales or franchise development is mandatory.
- Experience selling preschool, education, training, coaching, or school franchises will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls and speaking with prospective franchise investors.
- Target-oriented, persuasive, organised, and capable of independently managing a sales pipel
