1-2 years experience in residential projects & commercial spaces
Knowledge of fitting layouts for residential apartments
Skilled in AutoCAD
Experience in luxury residential and commercial interiors
Experience in preparing BOQ for interiors
Knowledge of working with REVIT & Sketchup
Experience of site visits
Preparing detailed working drawings
Experience in making presentations
Co-ordinating with clients and vendors
Should have valuable aesthetic design skills
To be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
Team leader - to be able to lead a team efficiently
Team player - to be able to delegate work or be able to work under a senior
Able to visit sites in and out of Mumbai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
