Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Create lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness, and conversion campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.

Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other reporting tools.

Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.





Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Collaborate directly with the CEO, stakeholders, and clients to understand business goals and recommend effective digital marketing strategies.

Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.

Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution and continuous optimization.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Valuable understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and remarketing.

Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
