- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Mentor learners to improve confidence, communication, and professional behavior.
- Customize training modules based on industry requirements and client needs.




- Stay updated with industry trends and adopt innovative training methodologies.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to engage learners through interactive and experiential learning techniques.
- Solid classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and online training platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA, MA (English), B.Ed., or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, Learning & Development, or English Language Training is an added advantage.
