Job Summary

Hey Way International is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead overall FMCG business operations, drive sales growth, manage distribution networks, and ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Manage sales, marketing, operations, and distribution.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain distributor and key customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor teams to improve performance.
- Ensure smooth operational and supply chain management.





Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of FMCG industry experience.
- Solid leadership, sales, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
