Job brief:
Responsibilities:
- Operate double column VMC machines and large VMC machines to produce high-quality components.
- Set critical components for Aerospace, Aerospace tooling, oil & gas, and Nuclear projects.Have knowledge of machining processes such as Milling, Drilling, Reaming, tapping, Fine boring, Thread milling, and Engraving.
- Familiarity with cutting tools, including Milling cutters, endmills, taps, reamers, and thread mills.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
- Use measuring tools and inspection techniques for large component inspections (First Principal Methods).




- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines and equipment.
- Maintain attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Have a basic understanding of 5S principles.
- Accurately maintain production records, tracking materials, and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and tooling problems.Ability to work in all three shifts.

Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, GTTC, NTTF or BE in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.At least 3 years of experience operating large VMC machines, with a focus on double column VMC machines.Strong knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools.Familiarity with blueprints and engineering drawings.Basic understanding of 5S principles.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.B
