Job Summary

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Corporate Sales & Partnerships: Identify and target corporate offices, IT parks, and event planners to secure bulk reservations, corporate packages, and team-building outings.
- Cold call- Telephonic, Taking the appointment and meet to the clients.
- Event & Party Booking Generation: Drive business for corporate events, parties, launches, and large-group bookings to maximize weekday and weekend revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with event planners, corporate administrative heads, travel agents, and individual clients to ensure repeat business.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand in the brewing and nightlife scene to adjust sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy & Targeting: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating for the best rates and "win-win" deals.
- Marketing & Promotions:



Collaborate with the internal marketing team to design targeted promotional packages, activations, and events, such as brewery tours or beer tasting sessions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems to provide regular updates to senior management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
