About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. You will report directly to Head of Accounts & Finance, and support day-to-day accounting, compliance, vendor payments, banking and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice booking, saving copies and maintaining supporting documents
- Vendor KYC collection, verification, filing and ledger reconciliation
- Payment list preparation,



online payment processing and bulk uploads
- Bank reconciliation, bank statement filing and banking coordination (bank visits required)
- Electricity bill payments, credit card statement verification and bill collection
- Reimbursement, petty cash and company cash voucher verification and maintenance
- Preparation of credit notes, debit notes, purchase orders and FD/scrap entries
- TDS workings, GSTR-1 workings and supporting workings for GSTR-3B
- Export documentation, e-invoice preparation, e-way bill generation and export tracker updates
- GST refund and duty drawback refund workings
- Maintenance of payment/auto-pay trackers
- General document filing and coordination with staff and vendors

Requirements:
Education: B.Com (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an accounts role

Must-Have Skills:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- GST and TDS working knowledge
- Bank reconciliation and vendor payment processing
- MS Excel p
