Job Opening: F&B; Manager - Hospital Cantee
Location:Palakkad
Experience:10year Hospital/Corporate/Institutional Canteen
Salary*: ₹45K - ₹ 50K+ Advantages
Role:
Manage daily canteen operations for staff, patients & visitors
Menu planning, food costing & wastage control
Ensure FSSAI hygiene standards & NABH compliance
Vendor management & inventory control
Lead kitchen + service team.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Experience in hospital/corporate catering must
Good knowledge of bulk cooking, hygiene & costing
Strong team handling & communication skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
