Job description:
Formulate individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, assessment, and goals.
- Administer manual therapy techniques, including complex mobilization methods, to restore function and reduce pain.
- Guide and assist trauma and post-surgical patients in regaining mobility and functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and practices in physiotherapy.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Patient Recovery Rate
○ Percentage of patients meeting treatment goals within the expected timeframe.
2. Patient Satisfaction Score
○ Feedback and ratings from patients regarding quality of care and communication.
3. Treatment Plan Adherence
○ Consistency in following and updating prescribed treatment protocols.
4. Session Utilization Rate
○ Ratio of actual patient sessions completed vs. scheduled appointments.
5. Documentation Accuracy
○ Timely and complete record-keeping of treatment sessions and progress reports.

○ Number of current patient referrals and return visits.
7. Professional Development
