About the Role

We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to drive project profitability, cash flow, resource utilization, collections, and financial planning for software and engineering projects. The role will work closely with management, project teams, and customers to ensure healthy margins and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Project-wise P&L; management and profitability analysis.
- Resource planning, resource matrix, and utilization tracking.
- Monitor project expenses and maintain minimum 60% gross margin.
- Cash flow planning and working capital management.
- Customer communication and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with project teams for project status, billing milestones, and collections.
- Budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor project overheads and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support accounting, compliance, GST, TDS,



and financial controls.

Required Skills:
- Robust accounting and finance fundamentals.
- Project finance and cost control experience.
- Cash flow and collection management.
- Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in IT Services, Engineering Services, or Software Industry preferred.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
