Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute education-related field projects
- Support fundraising activities and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct field visits and monitor project progress
- Build relationships with schools, institutions and local communities
- Collect field data and prepare reports
- Organize awareness programs and meetings
- Coordinate with project teams and management
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MSW preferred)
- Experience in NGO field operations, education projects or fundraising
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities
- Ready to travel across Tamil Nadu
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
