About the Role

HMT - Hindustan Medical Technology Company is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to

drive business development and sales activities in Pune. The role requires a proactive professional who is

comfortable working in a field-based environment, building customer relationships, developing business

opportunities, and travelling extensively as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities and contribute to achievement of assigned business targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct customer visits, product discussions, presentations,



and follow-ups as required.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with relevant internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and customer engagement through follow-up and closure.
- Maintain regular market coverage and gather relevant information on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Prepare and share sales updates, activity reports, and relevant business information with management.
- Travel extensively as required to meet customers and support business development activities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related client-facing business development role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and consistently follow up on business

opportunities.
