Job Summary

Suma Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic US Sales Representative to generate business opportunities by handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound prospecting for IT services including Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Applications, ERP Solutions, SEO, PPC, SMO, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from US clients.
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
- Schedule meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.





Required Skills:
- Excellent English Communication
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- CRM Software
- Negotiation & Closing Skills
- IT Services Sales Knowledge (preferred)

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in International Sales/BPO preferred.
