Job Title: System Administrator

Location: Indore (On-site)
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM (9 Hours, Flexible Shift)
Experience Required: 0-2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security
- Manage firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and exchange technical teams
- Provide technical support through inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and system administration
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems




- Understanding of firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in flexible shifts

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications like CCNA, MCSA (optional but preferred)
