As Shubhashish Homes enters its next phase of expansion across Jaipur and recent markets, Sales & Marketing leadership becomes the most consequential hire in the organisation.ROLE PURPOSEThe Head - Sales & Marketing will own end-to-end revenue generation, brand building, and customer acquisition for The House of Shubhashish. This is a P&L-accountable; leadership role - responsible for driving sales targets across all residential and commercial projects, building Shubhashish's premium brand position in the market, and leading a multi-functional team spanning direct sales, channel partners, digital marketing, CRM, and presales.The incumbent will be a key member of the senior leadership team, advising the MD and CEO on pricing strategy, product-market fit, launch sequencing, and competitive positioning. Equal parts sales general and brand custodian - the person who makes Shubhashish the most recognised and trusted name in Rajasthan real estate.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.
