Salary: Up to ₹11 LPA (Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹6 LPA Variable)
Shift: 12:15 PM - 9:30 PM (Mon-Sat) | Sunday: 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM
Weekly Off: Thursday

Job Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from consultation to closing.
- Build strong relationships with learners and provide excellent customer support.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus).
- 1+ year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or EdTech Sales.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
