About the Role

Biofrost is India's first cryotherapy pain-relief brand cold therapy topical products that replace ice packs. We are looking for a Senior Pharmaceutical Field Sales Personnel for Mumbai who will both personally drive doctor and clinic engagement and lead a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs).

This is a senior, dual role: you carry your own sales territory while also acting as the field sales manager who guides, trains, and tracks the FSE team across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales (Individual)
- Meet and build solid relationships with doctors, orthopaedicians, physiotherapists, sports-medicine practitioners, and chemists to promote and recommend the Biofrost cold therapy range (Pain Gel, Roll-On, Spray).
- Conduct product detailing and demos for healthcare professionals.
- Drive primary and secondary sales and consistently achieve monthly territory targets.
- Manage distributor and chemist relationships to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfilment.

Team Management (Sales Manager to FSEs)
- Lead, train,



and supervise a team of Field Sales Executives across Mumbai.
- Plan daily beats/routes and set individual sales targets for each FSE.
- Monitor FSE performance, daily field activity, and on-ground movement.
- Ensure the team logs all visits, orders, and data through the company's field-tracking app on their smartphones.
- Report territory performance and field insights to management.

Requirements:
- Pharmaceutical / medical device / healthcare field sales background (mandatory).:
- 3-5 years of field sales experience, including direct experience meeting and detailing to doctors.
- Proven sales track record with measurable achievements.
- Prior team-handling or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; Marathi an advantage).
- Own mode of transport — two-wheeler or four-wheeler — with a valid driving licence.
- Android smartphone (required) — used for the company
