Position Summary

As a key member of our business development team, you will work closely with Educational Institutes and Universities through the complete sales cycle including giving presentations, demos, submitting proposals, negotiations and closing deals. You will drive sales with clear understanding of complete procurement process including commercial negotiations and competitive bidding. You will build and maintain strong relationships with senior officials at universities, including Vice Chancellors (VCs), Registrars, Controllers of Examinations (CoEs), Deans, and other key stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities




- Will be responsible for Entire sales cycle from initial touch point to order closure and revenue recognition.
- Should be able to conduct site surveys, proof-of-concept, prepare solution and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their institution’s needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Arranging presentations and demos for solution briefing in coordination with Pre-Sales team as needed.
- Responsible for error free timely submission of tender responses & customer proposals
- Take ownership of the account - service level adherence, invoicing, and revenue realization
- Ability to manage large funnels and maximize conversions
- Timely Reporting of daily, weekly, sales trackers and monthly reports

Experience & Skills Required
- Experience in selling CCTV, Edu Tech solutions, or related technology products will be an added advantage.
