Job Title: Project In-Charge (Full time)

Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 10 - 12 years of experience in managing interior fit-out or office infrastructure projects. Experience in commercial interior projects or corporate office fit-outs will be preferred.

Role Description: The Project In-Charge (Full time) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising interior fit-out and renovation projects across office premises. The role requires robust on-site project management, vendor coordination, commercial understanding,



and interior execution expertise to ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interior design projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Supervise design teams and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Manage contractor relationships and ensure quality control.
- Oversee procurement of materials and furnishings.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
