Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Pickup & Delivery Agent to collect and deliver parcels/products safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver orders as per schedule.
- Handle packages safely and carefully.
- Update delivery status through the mobile app.
- Collect OTP/signature/payment when required.
- Coordinate with customers and the operations team.
- Report delivery issues or delays promptly.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th qualification preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to work in the field.
