Job Title: PYP Coordinator
Location: Glendale International School

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) across the Primary School.
- Ensure curriculum planning, teaching, assessment, and learning practices align with IB standards and philosophy.
- Mentor and support teachers through collaborative planning, classroom observations, coaching, and professional development.
- Coordinate IB authorization, evaluation, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Foster inquiry-based learning and promote the IB Learner Profile throughout the school community.
- Act as the primary liaison between the school, IB Organization, parents, and academic leadership.




- Monitor programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- IB PYP training and certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in a PYP leadership/coordinator role preferred.
- Strong understanding of IB standards, curriculum development, assessment, and instructional leadership.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
