About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Senior / Principal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract.



This role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience hiring high-caliber technology talent and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to solve complex hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering, product, and technical leadership positions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with interviewers and hiring teams to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technology hiring.
- Proven success in recruiting software engineers, product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and other technical professionals.
