Job Title: Facilitator

Location: Mumbai

Overview of the Organisation

Role and Responsibilities
- Support in making the schooling curriculum
- Working with the training team on training content
- Facilitating session with students from government schools
- Deliver learning modules to children in physical/digital classroom in a child centric manner
- Liaising and maintaining good rapport with the teachers and government officials

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Prior work experience in Education sector of 2-3 around years
- Graduation in Social Work/Education or equivalent
- Proficiency in English language (written and verbal communication skills)
- Working knowledge of Marathi language is preferable




- Team player who can work effectively with peers, subordinates and senior managers
- Excellent technicalskillsincluding Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google functions
- Passion and commitment towards working with children and teachers
- Prior knowledge of working with children
- Ability to adapt quickly and look at big picture proactively

Employment Type - Full Time

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
