Key Responsibilities:
1) Brand Development & Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Bhalakh Medical Centre.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.

2) Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, corporates, insurance companies, and healthcare partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support medical tourism and international patient outreach initiatives.
- Generate and nurture referral networks.

3) Community Outreach & Events
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, CME events,



and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate healthcare seminars and corporate wellness initiatives.
- Represent the medical centre at industry events and networking opportunities.

4) Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track marketing KPIs and patient acquisition metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and business growth opportunities.

5) Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital marketing, business development, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently
