3. Key Objectives
- The Field Training Officer is responsible for delivering training programme for teachers, government officials, NGO partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
The role includes ensuring effective programme implementation, providing post-training support, and achieving the outreach target set out in the Training team division’s annual plan.
4. Core Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for teachers, government officials, NGO partners, volunteers, and different stakeholders.
- Prepare training reports, attendance records, feedback summaries, and field related other documents.
- Adapt training delivery based on participant needs and field requirements.
- To suggest changes to existing resource materials used for the TOT program based on learning from implementation experiences (online/offline).
- To follow up/gather indirect data from individuals, organizations, schools, and various agencies who have attended Arpan’s training.
- To provide handholding support to trained teachers for further implementing PSE trainings in their respective schools.
- To take diligent feedback on trainings conducted, share it internally to enhance knowledge and inform program planning & execution.
- Ensuring regular reviews with the Training Coordinator and Manager.
- To ensure that Arpan’s protocols, values, culture, and principles are followed by the team on the field and to report to the coordinators immediately if there are any concerns.
5. Job Challenge
- To be able to effectively implement training modules by adopting a hybrid mode of online & offline training based on the request from partners.
- To be able to do travel PAN INDIA for trainings and be ready to be on the field, which can be a
