Job Summary

Responsible for managing enterprise database operations, ensuring SLA compliance, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining high availability and performance of Oracle database environments.

Manage Oracle databases in the cloud and on-prem, patching, documentation

- Handling tickets / requests.\

- Perform root cause analysis.\
\
- Troubleshooting technical issues.\

- Defining processes [SOP/MOP\\\'s] and ensuring that the processes are adhered to.\
\
- Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of database tasks.\
\
- Responsible for maintaining customer database standards.\
\
- Responsible for strategizing a backup plan and test plan for failure scenario.\
\
- Improves and maintains customer satisfaction.\
\
- Suggests Database workplace Gaps, Improvements,



and new technologies.\
\
- Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members.\
\
- Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating.\
\
- To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.\
\
- To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident, change, and problem management.\
\
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.\
