Job Summary

Bilara Group, a growing Construction & Architecture Company, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up on inquiries.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve sales and business development targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the Construction, Architecture, Real Estate, or Interior industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
