About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our IT team. This role is ideal for a fresher or student who is passionate about technology and wants to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, hardware, networking, and IT operations.

You will work closely with the IT team to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and help ensure that IT systems, devices, and services are running smoothly.

What You Will Do
- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Assist users with Windows and macOS troubleshooting and basic software-related issues.
- Set up and configure laptops and IT equipment for new employees.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including IT asset handover and collection.
- Support basic troubleshooting of Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN,



and internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, laptop assignments, repairs, and inventory.
- Assist with physical asset verification and regular IT inventory checks.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Maintain IT support documentation, trackers, and troubleshooting records.
- Manage and update IT support tickets and ensure issues are properly documented and escalated when required.
- Follow IT security, data protection, and company policies.
- Support the IT team with day-to-day IT operations and other technical tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
