Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA using company-provided leads and databases.
- Introduce Falcon USA's services and identify customer needs.
- Generate qualified business leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager.
- Follow approved call scripts while adapting conversations to customer responses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about company services.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team regarding qualified prospects.
- Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and competitors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Experience handling the US market is an advantage.




- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Neutral accent with transparent pronunciation.
- Comfortable working in US business hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
