Key Responsibilities
- Patient Guidance: Assist patients with registration, appointments, admissions, and discharge processes across both Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) floors.
- Grievance Handling: Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, coordinating with departments like nursing, billing, or housekeeping to resolve issues.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct daily room rounds or follow-up calls to collect patient feedback, helping the hospital maintain service quality and NABH/JCI compliance.
- Department Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between patients, doctors, and the healthcare administration.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, and complaint resolutions in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
