Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar for CS Soft Solutions.
- Manage day-to-day publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create content around AI, GCCs, cybersecurity, engineering, case studies, partnerships, client success, company milestones, events, leadership, culture, and CS Soft Academy.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, carousel copy, infographic content, short-video scripts, polls, and social posts.
- Coordinate with designers and video teams by providing explicit creative briefs and storyboards.
- Work with technical teams and SMEs to turn complex technology topics into simple, engaging business stories.
- Develop CEO/CXO thought-leadership content and support leadership personal branding on LinkedIn.
- Repurpose blogs, case studies, webinars, videos, client visits, events, and website content into social-first formats.
- Capture and promote real company stories—engineering teams, AI initiatives, Academy training, client interactions, events, culture, and employee achievements.




- Monitor technology trends, competitor activity, trending topics, and industry conversations to identify content opportunities.
- Engage with relevant audiences, comments, mentions, prospects, partners, and industry conversations.
- Track social performance including reach, engagement, follower quality, website traffic, leads, and content performance.
- Support social campaigns for service launches, AI demos, GCC offerings, webinars, events, partnerships, reports, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing, SEO, Sales, Design, Video, Leadership, and Technical teams.

Required Skills:
Experience in IT services, SaaS, AI, software, or B2B technology marketing would be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹9,991.07 - ₹35,710.72 per month
