Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate pre-onboarding assessments to ensure appropriate vendor risk categorization.
- Review cyclic Third Party Risk Evaluation (TPRE) assessments to ensure timely completion, accuracy, and compliance with established risk management standards.
- Review and validate the information provided by the SRM in the vendor offboarding assessment form for completeness and accuracy.
- Review vendor offboarding assessments, including contract closure, No Due Certificate, termination intimation, and supporting evidence to ensure compliant vendor closure.
- Prepare and support RBI regulatory submissions related to outsourced engagements, including outsourcing spends and critical operations.
- Track assessment gaps and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation and closure.
- Support end-to-end TPRM activities for the assigned business vertical, including pre-onboarding assessments, cyclic assessments, and Post Risk Assessments (PRA).
- Maintain assessment records, monitor timelines, and collaborate with business, compliance, procurement, and vendor stakeholders to ensure effective third-party risk governance.
