Job Description - Junior IT Administrator
- We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Administrator to join our IT team and provide first-level technical support across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT support who is eager to learn and grow in areas such as Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, networking, and IT operations.

- Key Responsibilities

End-User Support- Provide Level 1/2/3 IT support for hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.- Resolve user incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
- Assist users with remote support and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Assist in administering Microsoft 365 services,



including:
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune (basic administration)
- Responsibilities include:
- User account creation and management
- Password resets
- License assignment
- Distribution groups
- Shared mailboxes- Basic permission management
- User Onboarding & Offboarding
- Create and configure user accounts.
- Provision laptops and workstations.
- Configure Microsoft 365 accounts.
- Prepare new employee devices.
