Own and grow company's online business across Shopify, Myntra and other marketplaces by improving sales, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Growth
- Increase online sales and profitability.
- Improve website conversion rate and average order value.
- Plan monthly sales calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Marketplace Management
- Drive growth on Myntra and other marketplaces.
- Coordinate campaigns and negotiate visibility opportunities.
- Monitor product rankings and category performance.
- Performance Marketing
- Manage Meta and Google advertising (internally or through agencies).
- Recommend budget allocation based on performance.
- CRM & Customer Retention




- Improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
- Execute festive and loyalty campaigns.
- Analytics
- Review sales dashboards daily.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Present a weekly action plan with measurable outcomes.
- Team Coordination
- Work with the catalog executive, creative team, operations and agencies.
- Ensure campaigns launch on time.

Minimum Qualification : Minimum HSC

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
