Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.
- Negotiate property prices and rental agreements.
- Assist clients with documentation and the closing process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property values.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
