About this Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and client-focused SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay skilled with hands-on implementation and support experience. This role is suited to individuals who have worked on EC-integrated compensation processes, can collaborate with stakeholders, and are confident in handling system configurations, design discussions, and rollout activities.
