SECURE INDIA HI-TECH SECURITY SYSTEM is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing) to expand our dealer network, generate new business opportunities, and promote our CCTV & Electronic Security Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Visit dealers and clients for business development.
- Promote CCTV, IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, Access Control, Biometric, Video Door Phone and other security products.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.

Requirements:
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass may also apply).
- Experience in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (preferred).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

SAFE INDIA HI-TECH SECURITY SYSTEM में बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट एग्जीक्यूटिव की आवश्यकता है। उम्मीदवार का कार्य नए डीलर एवं ग्राहकों को जोड़ना, कंपनी के CCTV एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सुरक्षा उत्पादों का प्रचार-प्रसार करना तथा बिक्री बढ़ाना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- नए डीलर, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर एवं ग्राहकों की खोज करना।
- डीलरों एवं ग्राहकों से नियमित मुलाकात करना।
- CCTV, IP Camera, DVR/NVR, Access Control, Biometric एवं अन्य सुरक्षा उत्पादों का प्रचार करना।
- नए लीड तैयार करना एवं उन्हें बिक्री में बदलना।
- मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना।
- ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना।
