Your Role:
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with development,



database, and infrastructure teams to drive performance improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive performance test reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.

Your Profile:
- 4-8 years of experience in Performance Testing with strong hands-on expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Proven experience in workload modeling, test planning, script development, execution, analysis, and performance tuning.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Sitescope, PerfMon, or similar solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
