Job Description: Tele caller / Telemarketing Executive

Location: Madurai Industry: Auto Mobile - Truck Spare Parts Customer Base: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh + Global Customers

Roles & Responsibilities

Tele Calling & Sales
- Make daily outbound calls to existing and new customers to promote spare parts, offers, and new stock.
- Handle inbound enquiry calls and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Speak to customers in their preferred language (Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada/Telugu/Hindi/English) based on region.
- Tele caller must Push for daily/weekly sales targets given by the manager.

Customer & Order Handling
- Take part numbers and requirements accurately from customers.
- Share price list, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse/billing team to process and dispatch orders on time.
- Follow up on pending payments, undelivered orders, and repeat business.

Database & Reporting
- Maintain and update customer database (region-wise) in Excel/CRM.
- Track daily calls, leads, and conversions; send daily/weekly report to manager.




- Note competitor pricing or market feedback shared by customers.

Customer Relationship
- Build long-term relationship with regular buyers for repeat orders.
- Handle basic complaints politely and escalate to manager when needed.
- Do periodic follow-up calls with inactive customers to bring them back.

Global/Export Customers
- Communicate with international customers in simple, clear English.
- Coordinate with export team for shipping and delivery updates.

Skills Required:
- Tamil, English & Hindi - mandatory
- Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada - added advantage
- Basic Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM data entry
- Positive negotiation and follow-up skills
- Aggressive sales mindset - should have a "target must be achieved" attitude, ready to push for sales daily and not settle for "no" easily
- Willingness to learn truck spare parts and brand-wise part compatibility
