We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator & Marketing Executive to support our project sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales personnel, management, and creative partners.

- Key Responsibilities_

Sales Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities of field sales executives.
- Maintain daily sales visit reports and lead tracking records.
- Update CRM and customer database.
- Schedule meetings and follow-up reminders for sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Quotation & Customer Follow-Up
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Maintain quotation register and inquiry database.
- Follow up with clients on pending quotations.
- Coordinate with management regarding revisions and approvals.
- Maintain records of project inquiries and order status.

Customer Relationship Management
- Handle incoming customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with builders, architects, contractors, and dealers.
- Ensure timely response to customer requirements.
- Maintain proper communication records.





Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers and creative agencies.
- Develop and update product catalogs, brochures, presentations, and company profiles.
- Ensure regular creation of product creatives and marketing materials.
- Coordinate website, social media, and WhatsApp marketing content.
- Maintain a library of product photographs and project references.

Administrative Support
- Prepare MIS reports.
- Maintain sales documentation.
- Support management with business development activities.
- Organize customer and project information systematically.

Education
- Graduate in any stream
- BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred

Experience
- 2-5 years experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Back Office Sales, Marketing Coordination, or CRM Management
- Experience in Building Materials, Interior Products, Furniture, Real Estate, Plywood, Laminates, Tiles, Hardwar
