Accounts Payable Specialist (AP)

Experience: 3-4 Years

Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Vendor invoice verification, booking & reconciliation
- Managing payment schedules and vendor follow-ups
- Maintaining vehicle-wise expense records
- Monitoring fuel, repair, toll & maintenance expenses
- GST/TDS checking and accounting compliance
- Coordinating with operations and management teams
- Preparing MIS reports and payable summaries
- Working on ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel

Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com graduate
- 3-4 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & vendor reconciliations




- Positive Excel and accounting software knowledge
- Experience in transport/logistics industry preferred
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Ability to manage vehicle-wise accounting records accurately

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Salary: 17000 to 25000
