About Allneeda

Allneeda is building a large digital ecosystem combining a social media platform, services marketplace, business tools, creator tools, partner programs, advertising and promotion, payments, AI-powered features, live streaming, messaging, analytics, and other integrated digital services.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product & Platform Manager to work directly with the CEO and manage the technical execution of the platform.

This is a hands-on management position. You will coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, infrastructure teams, and third-party integrations while ensuring that features are properly designed, developed, tested, documented, and released.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day development of the Allneeda platform.
- Convert CEO/product requirements into explicit technical tasks for developers and designers.
- Manage mobile, frontend, backend, API, database, QA,



and infrastructure work.
- Create and manage product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and development backlogs.
- Coordinate developers and ensure assigned tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Review Figma designs and ensure development matches approved UI/UX.
- Coordinate complete QA and regression testing before releases.
- Track bugs, technical issues, dependencies, and unfinished features.
- Manage development, staging, and production release processes.
- Coordinate third-party API integrations.
- Monitor platform performance, errors, crashes, and technical risks.
- Maintain technical and product documentation.
- Provide clear daily/weekly progress reports to the CEO.
- Identify development blockers and recommend solutions.
- Ensure teams do not mark features complete until requirements and acceptance criteria have been satisfied.
