- Position: Senior Accounts Executive
- Salary: Approx. ₹4 LPA
- Location: Pune (kalyani nagar)

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com

Experience Required
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally / TallyPrime
- Handle monthly ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
- Ensure proper accounting entries and data accuracy

Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file:
- GST Returns
- TDS/TCS Returns
- Other statutory compliances
- Assist in Income Tax compliance activities
- Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely filings

Reconciliation & Payments
- Perform:
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier reconciliations
- Customer account reconciliations
- Manage vendor payments and payment tracking

Financial Reporting
- Prepare:
- Monthly P&L; schedules
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Working capital reports
- Support management with accurate financial MIS reports

Audit Support
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits




- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness

Export Accounting
- Handle:
- IGST/LUT accounting
- Export incentives accounting
- Foreign currency transactions
- Forex reconciliation
- Export documentation accounting
- Manage accounting for zero-rated supplies and export invoices

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of:
- Tally / TallyPrime
- Advanced Excel

Tax & Compliance Knowledge
- Robust understanding of:
- GST
- TDS/TCS
- E-filing portals
- Statutory filings

Core Functional Skills
- Strong reconciliation expertise
- High attention to detail and data integrity
- Knowledge of:
- Export accounting
- LUT procedures
- Drawback accounting
- Foreign currency receipts

Preferred / Desirable Skills
- Experience working with ERP systems like:
- SAP Business One
- TallyPrime
- Knowledge of:
- Export incentives accounting
- Trade finance entries
- LC realization
- Bank charges accounting
