Job Title: Estimation & Proposal Engineer

Estimation Engineer- Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities:
*Estimation and costing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Air Receiver Tanks as per ASME standards.

*Preparation of technical and commercial offers based on customer inquiries and tender requirements.

*Study customer specifications, datasheets, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.

*Coordinate with the design and production teams to optimize material selection, fabrication processes, and costing.

*Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost sheets, and price breakups.

*Ensure timely submission of offers and support in techno-commercial discussions with clients.

*Maintain cost databases,



vendor quotations, and update estimation tools.

Required Skills:
*Solid knowledge of ASME, TEMA, and other relevant standards.

*Hands-on experience in estimation, costing, and proposal preparation for fabricated equipment.

*Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and related engineering tools.

*Good communication and client coordination skills.

*Analytical and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving ability.
